Gets the lint up
I've worn out two upholstery tools in the 18 (!) years I've had my Miele vacuum cleaner. We have cats, and we have persian carpets. So I use the upholstery tool to get all the cat hair out of the carpets and off the furniture. The Wide Upholstery Tool is great! It works faster on my carpets and sofa than does the small upholstery tool that came with my vacuum cleaner.
Disadvantages to the Wide Upholstery Tool are that it is too big to use on some armchairs, so I have to switch to the small upholstery tool for those, and the tool doesn't fit inside the vacuum cleaner's storage compartment.
Another quality accessory!
This makes a quicker job of couch and chair cleaning. Love my Miele and this is the cherry on top!
