Easy to use!
I bought this soymilk maker a few weeks ago (from another website) and have used it at least a dozen times already. It's such a simple machine and it makes wonderfully fresh soymilk. Basically, I soak organic soybeans for 8 - 12 hours, rinse them, put them in the machine along with filtered water, put on the lid, press the button, and wait 25 minutes. That's it!
What I learned after the first trial was to begin cleaning the machine immediately after use. So as soon as I remove the lid I scrub it for a few minutes with the included cleaning cloth (they call it a clean bar in the manual). Then I pour the soymilk into a large glass batter bowl and I scrub the inside of the carafe. Doing it this way saves a great deal of time later as soymilk residue seems to be as sticky as gorilla glue, but comes off easily if you wash immediately.
Next I use the included strainer and pour the soymilk through the strainer into the included plastic cup. I remove the pulp...
Having soy milk every morning.
This is second Joyoung soy milk maker that I own. I love both of them! It is easy to clean, easy to operate. Great product!
