The skillet has worked out just great and I could recommend it to everyone . Cooks really even and just great addition to my kitchen appliances.

At first I was unhappy with it. I was not using the lid when cooking with it. After reading comments from other users of this product, I tried it again, using the lid when cooking with it. The difference was like "night and day." It works great, I am very happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone, just make sure you use the lid when cooking with it. It often times, is larger than what I need, so I just ordered another one, a smaller one. I stayed with same company, same type. I will have two of them, one for cooking small quantities, the other when I want to cook large quantities.

My Oster Red Skillet
Love my Oster Electric Skillet. It does everything it says it does and more. I made Beef Stew the first time I used it. just set the temp and let it rip!. did not have to stand over and watch. I highly recommend it.
