Does the job, lasts a long time
I have been running a Fantech radon fan (not sure if this exact model) continuously (except for power outages) for more than 10 years. It still runs fine and the pressure (according to my manometer) has not changed. When I replace it I will get another Fantech.
Me Too
Like the previous reviewer, I have been running this fan (Fantech HP-2190) continuously for a long time, probably 4 years now. I also monitor using a vacuum gauge (manometer)and I am now showing about 10% decrease since the day it was installed. This decrease is not necessarily because the fan is slowing down, it could be other factors.
FYI, this fan is rated at 90 watts. But mine only consumes about 56 watts while running and about 90 watts when it first starts and is getting up to speed. I am looking for an even lower wattage model because I want to run it from a solar system, but will definately look for another Fantech model.
Excellent
Excellent! Dropped right in without a hitch. Already recommended them to a friend who needs to replace their old fan.
